Focus Population
Offers a mentorship program to help youth transition into adulthood. Helps those leaving the foster care system as well as other young adults. Mentors offer help, support, advice, guidance, assistance and information. Provides coaching, self-awareness, motivation, relationship development, positive network and confidence to youth receiving mentorship. Also accepts volunteers wishing to become a mentor.
