Equips and empowers court appointed volunteers to advocate for the best interests of children and youth who have endured abuse or neglect so that they will have safety, permanency and wellbeing.

Provides trained volunteers to advocate for neglected and abused children. A CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocate) volunteer is a trained community citizen who is appointed by the court to represent the best interests of an abused or neglected child. The majority of children represented by a CASA are in foster care or other out-of-home placement and their family is in crisis.
