West of I-5 and the Northgate Mall. Beginning Fall 2021, North Seattle College will be connected to the new Northgate Link light rail Station via the Northgate Pedestrian and Bicycle Bridge. The connection will create an easier, safer commute for students, staff, faculty, and community members to the college.

Complete the SEAP Application form Schedule appointment with Worker Retraining Specialist to review, sign and fax SEAP application to Employment Security.

Funding is available through the Worker Retraining Program.

A Washington State Employment Security Department (ESD) training program, it gives unemployed workers the opportunity to continue receiving Unemployment Insurance (UI) benefits while creating new businesses and job opportunities for other workers through self-employment. If you received a SEAP eligibility letter from ESD, you may be eligible to participate in the SEAP. NSC is an SEAP Approved Training Program provider. The SEAP Approved Training Program that NSC provides is the Entrepreneurship Program – which includes both the Certificate and Foundation Certificate options.
Offers the Entrepreneurship Certificate program along with business counseling, coaching, technical support and resources for people receiving unemployment benefits. Participants can enroll in self-employment training while continuing to receive their unemployment benefits.
Entrepreneurship classes introduce the student to entrepreneurship, product/service selection, pricing and marketing and planning business financials.
