Provides comprehensive health care services for women at every stage of life. Reproductive Healthcare Services Offers contraception, breast, cervical and colon cancer screening, STI testing/treatment, and menopause hormone replacement therapy or symptom management. Treats menstrual disorders (heavy periods, painful periods, irregular periods, abnormal uterine bleeding) and acute concerns of the breast or pelvic organs. Pregnancy & Postpartum Care Provides prenatal care with a team of Midwives and Family Practice providers. Services include routine prenatal visits, preparing for birth and staying up to date on important pregnancy immunizations, screenings and post-partum follow up. First Steps Helps meet the medical and social service needs of pregnant women covered by Medicaid. Registered nurses, registered dietitians, behavioral health specialists, community health workers, and infant case managers teach and support women throughout their pregnancy and up to two months post-partum. Offers infant case management until the baby’s first birthday by providing parents with information and linkage to community resources such as medical, social, educational, and environmental services.
