Eligibility

Residents will have to be enrolled in the the housing pool, otherwise referred to as coordinated entry, through the Whatcom Homeless Service Center within 2 weeks after becoming a resident. Must participate in household chores, and must be actively seeking permanent housing.

Provides tiny homes for homeless individuals to live while they actively seek permanent housing. This includes shared areas/resources for: - Showers - Laundry - Kitchen/Cooking - Internet Access - Bathroom/Porta-potty - Basic furnishings (such as bed/desk/etc.) Distributes donations of needed items such as clothing, food, bus passes and hygiene supplies but are not guaranteed. Makes reasonable accommodations for individuals with a disability such as building a ramp, adding bathroom grab bars, lowering closet rods.
