Focus Population

  • Foster Youth
Provides home visiting services to infants and toddlers in foster care or out-of-home placement due to substantiated cases of abuse and/or neglect.   Services provided by an Infant Mental Health Specialist who addresses delays in development and social/emotional responses to trauma. Services support the child's caregiver whether that is a relative placement, foster parent, or childcare provider. Limited transition services to the biological parent are available if needed. Also offered childcare consultation, caregiver training, and more on a case-by-case basis.
