LIFTT Bus Service offered at Lewis County Transit

Eligibility

People who are functionally unable to ride the fixed route service: mobility constraints, physically unable to get to/from a stop.

Hours

6am to 7pm from Monday through Sunday

Application process

First Time Riders: Contact Twin Transit to complete application and interview with Twin Transit Paratransit Co-ordinator. Scheduling Rides: Eligible clients need to schedule an appointment by 4pm the day prior to the trip. Trips for a Monday or Saturday need to be scheduled by the previous Friday by 4pm.

Fees

The fee for a monthly paratransit pass is $25.00 and a daily pass is $4.00.   No discounts are available.

Paratransit Bus Service is for people with disabilities who are functionally unable to access or use regular bus service. Paratransit provides door-to-door transportation, or feeder service to accessible bus service.   This is an application based service and requires an interview with Twin Transit's Paratransit Co-ordinator.
