Provides rental subsidies for eligible low-income households to use for housing of their own choosing. Units must be located within Renton, and must be inspected and approved by the Housing Authority.

Fee
Clients pay minimum of 30% (maximum of 40%) of adjusted gross monthly income for rent; the Housing Authority pays its portion directly to the landlord.
