City of Auburn's Customer Service Center is located on the 2nd Floor at 1 East Main St in the Annex building just east of city hall, on the other side of Division St. Call King County Metro at (206) 553-3000 or visit http://tripplanner.kingcounty.gov/ for public transit information.
Eligibility
No restrictions. For senior discount, resident must be age 62 or older. For service animal discount, resident must have a documented disability.
Hours
M-F, 7:30am-5:30pm.
