Eligibility

Anyone can get a Library Card, however price will vary based on residency.   Children under 14 need a signed permission form.

Hours

12pm to 8pm on Tuesdays and Wednesdays and 10am to 6pm from Thursday through Saturday

Card can be applied for at any branch location, and online.

Tacoma residents - no cost. Non-residents - call for fee information.

Offers materials for all ages: books, magazines, newspapers, CD's, videos, and cassettes. Offers the Handforth Gallery, Storytimes and Crafts, Tacoma Reads Together, summer reading club, book discussion resources, and computer labs with internet access. Also provides remote access to full-text articles from hundreds of magazines newspapers and journals; business resources, homework assistance and more.
