King County youth and families, with school-aged children birth-18 years or young adults age 18-24 living in the home.

Hours

8:30am to 5pm from Monday through Friday

Creates transformative outcomes for the youth and families we serve providing proactive case management coupled with creative resource development. Case managers are 100% mobile, flexible and creative problem solvers who strive to provide placed-based and person-focus support. Clients can be met at their place of employment, schools, libraries, coffee shops, or if need be, in our car so that barriers are removed to access.
