Eligibility
Low-income adults unable to work for at least 90 days due to a physical or mental incapacity and who are ineligible for the Aged, Blind or Disabled cash assistance program. Eligibility is determined by DSHS.

Application process
Apply in person at a local DSHS Community Services Office, online at washingtonconnection.org, or by calling the DSHS Customer Service line. Once DSHS has determined medical and financial eligibility, they will provide a referral to the regional HEN provider.
