Provides suboxone and vivitrol medications, with a focus on pregnant women, to existing Coulee Medical Center clients. Same day induction is possible for highly motivated clients and is subject to prescriber availability. Potential clients must set up primary care services with Coulee Medical Center prior to receiving MAT services. Program specializes in working with pregnant women. Counseling is not required to receive MAT services. Poly substance users are accepted on a case by case basis, and will be highly monitored including regular random UA's. Positive tests will require more frequent visits with the doctor.
