From Hwy 101 travel to the Seaview intersection then make a right-hand turn. Go thru the middle of town and continue through 2 lights. Continue until you see the 'BREAKERS' sign (about 3 miles up the peninsula). Turn left into the parking lot of the 'Long Beach DCYF building.

Families with children ages 17 and younger.
M-F, 8am-4:30pm. Intake: 24 hours daily.

Description

Provides both permanency planning and intensive treatment services to children and families who may need help with chronic problems such as on-going abuse and neglect or intensive medical needs.  

Providing organization

Washington State Department of Children, Youth and Families

Operates a child abuse hotline. Provides Child Protective Services. Also provides Family Reconciliation Services to families with adolescents who have run away or are experiencing family conflict. Connects families interested in adopting with children in DSHS custody. Maintains a separate office for Indian Child Welfare.
