Description

Provides telephone reassurance. Volunteers make daily calls to check on older residents that live alone. Residents sign up for the program and schedule a time to be called. If volunteers are unable to make contact with the resident after three attempts and the emergency contact cannot be reached, law enforcement is dispatched to perform a welfare check.
