Eligibility
Immigrants living in Benton-Franklin Counties who have been affected by unexpected circumstance and do not qualify for other benefits. Must be referred/recommended by a TCIC known community-based organization.
Caller must have proper documentation and ability to cash checks.

Must be referred by a trusted source that knows about the applicant's situation, such as school, school counselor, pastor, or other non-profit agency.
Agency must fill out and email an application to TCIC.
If applicant is approved, a check in the amount of $250-$400 will be mailed, or can be arranged for pick up at the office.
