Provides several court functions to families in Pierce County. The types of cases that are in Family Court are: - Relocations, - Minor Guardianships, - Modifications of Custody, and - when a Guardian Ad Litem is authorized in a matter involving Parenting Plans (Dissolutions, Legal Separations, Petition for Residential Schedule) and there is at least 90 days until the original trial date.
