Manages affordable one- and two- bedroom apartment housing throughout King County and western Washington for age and income qualified senior residents. Qualifications are building specific and vary with each location. Apartments and buildings are wheelchair accessible and many are barrier free. Waiting lists apply for some buildings. Rents vary with apartment size and building. Laundry facilities are located in each building. Locations in: Auburn (Legacy Plaza) Federal Way Kent Tukwila Puyallup Renton Seattle Tacoma

Call or visit website for locations and site manager phone numbers. Wait lists are available for some buildings. Accepts subsidies such as : Section 8, HEN and others including co-signer situations.
Eligibility
Primarily low- to moderate-income adults ages 61 and older, or 55 and older with disabilities. Age and income qualifications vary with each location.

Flat rate fees vary with apartment size and property.
