Adults ages 50 and older. Must be new to the site or new to exercise class.

Fees

Class fees vary. $10 ShapeUp discount available for seniors on any of their physical activity class, such as yoga, line-dancing, Enhance Fitness and other group exercise classes designed for seniors.
