Description
An eight week skills-based support group for teens who want to gain skills in the areas of emotion regulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal communication. The group uses a combination of art therapy and dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT) to help teens gain emotional control and find creative, healthy ways of coping with life's challenges.

Provides individual and group counseling to children, adolescents adults and families. Works to identify specific goals and concerns and develop a plan to achieve and address them. Offers traditional talk therapy as well as art therapy for those who prefer to work in a more visual way.
