Members of a Molina managed care plan. Washington state residents who are at or below 138% of the Federal Poverty Level may be eligible for this plan if they are not eligible for WA Apple Health (Medicare). Children in households of income under 300% of the Federal Poverty Level may also be eligible.

Provides support services for individuals enrolled in WA Apple Health (Medicaid) managed care plans.
Services include: locating in-network health care providers and pharmacies, changing primary care providers (PCP) within the Molina network, understanding covered services and prescription benefits, managing chronic conditions through care coordination, case management, and educational resources, help for members to file a grievance or an appeal if they are unhappy with a service or decision, and replacing lost or stolen insurance cards
