Eligibility

People who believe they have been discriminated against because of
  • Race/Color
  • National Origin
  • Creed
  • Sex/Pregnancy
  • Sexual Orientation/Gender Identity
  • Veteran/Military Status
  • The presence of any sensory, mental, or physical actual Disability or perceived Disability
  • Use of a Service Animal
  • HIV or Hepatitis C
  • Marital Status (except in public accommodation)
  • Breastfeeding (in public accommodation)
  • Age (40+, employment only)
  • Families with Children (housing only)
  • State Employee Whistleblower

Hours

8am to 5pm from Monday through Friday

Application process

Visit our website, click on “File a Complaint” on the right. Click Tab 5 – File a complaint online. To file a complaint online, you will need a Washington Secure Access (SAW) account. Directions are online. You can also download or use the fillable PDF complaint forms that matches the nature of the complaint and mail, fax, or email it back.
