Eligibility

Requires that a child be under three years old and demonstrate a 25% delay in at least one developmental area, or have a diagnosed condition likely to lead to developmental delay without intervention.

Hours

7:30am to 4:30pm from Monday through Thursday and 7:30am to 1pm on Fridays
