Located on a major bus line on 131st and Pacific Avenue behind Meineke Car Care Center.   Just 5 minutes off Hwy 512.
Eligibility
Low income children between the ages of birth through 20. Children who receive WA Apple Health (Medicaid) program assistance. Children who are uninsured and qualify for free or reduced lunch. Children who are insured, including those with United Healthcare Dental. No child in need of dental care is turned away due to inability to pay.
Hours
M-Sa, 8am-5pm.
Application process
Parent or guardian may call the office and make an appointment. Students may be referred by the school nurse.
Fees
Offers sliding scale fee. Accepts all forms of WA Apple Health (Medicaid) and most insurances - including TriCare (United Healthcare Military & Veterans) Dental (with no out-of-pocket costs for covered services for those with qualifying incomes). No child in need of dental care is turned away due to inability to pay.

Provides the highest quality dental services which include:
  • preventive care and education,
  • comprehensive exams,
  • x-rays,
  • cleanings,
  • fillings,
  • extractions,
  • root canals,
  • sealants,
  • space maintainers,
  • permanent crowns,
  • fluoride treatments
  • emergency care
  • oral surgery (third molars only) and
  • general anesthesia (ages 3-8).
