Visit website for the complete list of family law actions. Walk in to schedule an appointment. The appointment fee is due at the time of scheduling. Each participant may bring one guest (excluding interpreter), and no children under 18 are allowed.

$20 family count facilitator user fee; no refunds. Accepts cash, cashier’s checks, money orders, or debit/credit cards. Additional fees for court forms will vary.

Description

Provides information on family law actions, the mandatory forms required and where to obtain them, and offers general guidance on court rules, procedures, and schedules. Reviews completed forms to ensure all the necessary sections are completed and signed, and connects individuals with community resources and informational materials related to domestic and family matters. Cannot give legal advice, fill out paperwork, or instruct participants on how to complete it, and cannot assist individuals whom an attorney represents. Services are neutral, referrals are not provided, and services are not confidential. The family court facilitator is not responsible for the outcome in any case.

Clark County Clerk's Office

Helps the Superior Court in Clark County by handling court documents, assisting in hearings, and keeping all records safe and organized. Certifies records, preserves court orders, manages many types of cases, and handles court-related funds as directed.
