Provides ASAM level 3.7 withdrawal management services for adults and adolescents with 24/7 admissions. Typical length of stay is 5 to 7 days. For Methadone, Suboxone or Benzodiazepine (case by case) detox stay is usually 7 to 10 days. Must be at 50 mg. or less of methadone to be admitted. Will allow users to stay on Suboxone medication during detox IF they are getting their prescription from Ideal options. Does not use Suboxone to detox off opiates. For alcohol, the patient must be sober enough to go through the admission process. No smoking allowed but will provide nicotine patch. No one will be refused admission for inability to pay. Will accept youth for detox in all of Washington State; must have parent of guardian consent.
