Description
Includes treatment for addictive, aggressive or self-harming behaviors, confused thinking, and emotional problems such as addiction, PTSD, depression, anxiety, trauma, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, OCD and more. Offers individual and group therapy. Also provides counseling regarding marriage and relationship problems. Focuses on recovery through a coordinated care approach allowing the Veteran to take charge of her/his treatment plan in coordination with a mental health treatment coordinator and other clinicians to participate in a safe and effective evidence-based therapy for themselves and their family. Veterans who have a discharge of "Other than Honorable" can present to the VA with urgent mental-health conditions or complaints and receive urgent medical services at VA facilities, regardless of their funding or benefits status.
