Adults who are experiencing a behavioral health crisis and require 24-hour support.

Application process

Must be referred by a county crisis system: Mobile Crisis Outreach Team, Kitsap County law enforcement, St. Michaels Emergency Department, Kitsap County fire departments, Kitsap Recovery Center and Kitsap County Jail.

Offers a short-term 16-bed crisis stabilization alternative to inpatient hospitalization for adults who are experiencing a behavioral health crisis and require 24-hour support. Patients may stay up to 5 days on a voluntary basis and will have an individualized discharge plan with post discharge follow-up. While in the triage center, each person will be offered the following in-house services:
  • Case management
  • Psychiatric evaluation
  • Peer counseling
  • Solution-focused brief therapy
  • Substance Use Disorder Assessment
  • Rapid referral to services and housing,
Patients of the Crisis Triage Center with co-occurring substance use disorders may be voluntarily admitted to the Pacific Hope Recovery Center after stabilization, if appropriate.
