Residential Program offered at Jubilee Women's Center
Offers a transitional housing program focusing on employment readiness and self-sufficiency for women experiencing poverty and homelessness, where residents may stay up to a maximum of two years. All residents have private rooms with shared kitchen areas, bathrooms, laundry facilities, lounge and recreational areas. Residents are expected to participate in core classes, attend house meetings, meet regularly with a case manager and wellness specialist, and set and work towards achieving personal goals for self-sufficiency.

Application process
Fill out and submit via website: https://jwcenter.org/jubilee-application/ ; or call for other options. Once applications and references are reviewed, eligible applicants are interviewed by the program staff. There is frequently a waitlist to access available rooms.
Fee
Residents pay monthly room fees which increase incrementally over the first 6 months, with full fees being charged starting month 7. See website for current rates.
Eligibility
Applicants must: - Be a female identifying person without children in care. Limited rooms are available for pregnant women, who can stay up to six months after giving birth. - Have an income below $31,650 annually - Demonstrate an ability to live cooperatively in a community setting - Be able to pay room fees upon entry, plus $100 refundable security deposit - Work, go to school or volunteer outside of Jubilee for a minimum of 20 hours per week - Agree to remain clean and sober while in the program (Jubilee prohibits use of alcohol/drugs on or off site while in the program and conducts random urinalysis). For those with a history of addiction, must have attended a rehabilitation program and maintained sobriety. - Agree to participate in shared community responsibilities, including household chores - Show respect equally to all regardless of race, ethnic background, religion, age, disability, gender identity or sexual orientation

Transitional (communal) housing program focusing on employment readiness for women experiencing poverty and homelessness. Jubilee’s holistic program gives you the time and resources to heal and rebuild your life. The program includes case management, skill-building classes/workshops, contributing to community (chores, meetings), and an expectation that you will work/go to school/volunteer at least 20 hours/week. The housing program is a maximum of 2 years; the goal in that time period is self-sufficiency: securing your own permanent housing and a stable income. Drop-in services available (by appointment) for our clothing boutique, computer lab, and community referrals are open to any woman.
