Park, no earlier than 9 a.m. on Crystal Springs Road, after the intersection of Edwards/Crystal Springs/Coates Road intersection and crosswalks, where there is legal parking. Since there is enough food for everyone, no one needs to come early. People should not park anywhere in the school zone of Yelm Middle School, where there are 14 no-parking signs posted. Please just wait until there is legal parking at the top of the hill, after the intersection of Edwards/Crystal Springs/Coates Road, and park there. Volunteers will arrive around 9 to assist clients who are waiting to receive services. The food bank is an outdoor drive/walk through food bank, volunteers load food into waiting vehicles, or food bank client can self-load food into their vehicle, as desired. Walk through clients access the food in the same way, but need a wagon or a ride to get the food back to the client's final destination. Food bank clients need to ensure that their vehicle does not block access to or from the parking lot, especially buses, customers, emergency vehicles (fire and/or police department/medics).
