- Resident of Clark County or the greater Woodland area for minimum of 30 day-1 year depending on program.
- Hearing impaired (hearing loss classified as moderate or worse).
- Low-income households (up to 100%-200% of Federal Poverty Guideline) depending on program.
- No other source of funding.
- Current audiogram.
