Offers an afterschool program to elementary age students to get involved in activities that get them up and active as well as encouraging healthy cooking and eating choices. Activities include projects involving the arts, traditional and non-traditional sports, games and homework help. Focuses on making exercise fun for all levels of skill, healthy eating and lifestyles and less screen time. Once a month, conducts an interactive cooking demonstration utilizing healthy foods and items kids can make. Currently offered at three middle schools within the Kent School District.
