Promotes well-being and decreases isolation for those impacted by chronic illness through support and education. Currently offers multiple free online support groups open to those in the state of Washington and across the country. Support Groups include but not limited to:

  • Parenting Chronic Illness (for parents of children who live with ongoing health challenges)
  • Supporting Loved Ones
  • Supporting African Americans Living with Chronic Illness
  • Supporting Asian Americans Living with Chronic Illness, Body Image and Chronic Illness
  • Living with Long COVID
  • Living with Migraine
  • Living with Chronic Pain, Teens Living with Chronic Illness, Young Teens Living with Chronic Illness
