Lewis County children up to age 18 with complex behavioral health needs who are eligible for WA Apple Health (Medicaid).

Application process
Youth over the age of 13 can ask for a WISe screening. Youth younger than age 13 need permission from their parent or guardian.
Parents can refer their child for a WISe screening at any time, but after age 13, a child must consent to services.
