Eligibility
Lewis County children up to age 18 with complex behavioral health needs who are eligible for WA Apple Health (Medicaid).
Hours
M-F, 8am-5pm.
Application process
Youth over the age of 13 can ask for a WISe screening. Youth younger than age 13 need permission from their parent or guardian. Parents can refer their child for a WISe screening at any time, but after age 13, a child must consent to services.
