Located in the County Courthouse Building between S Lincoln and S Peabody St. Room 130 is on the main floor of the courthouse, across the hall from the Board of County Commissioners office. Go to the far right of the U shaped counter.

Costs $10 for course and card. Credit card only for online. Can pay with cash, check, or debit/credit (fee applies) within 5 days of taking the test by coming into our office during business hours.
