Low-income adults, ages 62 and older.
Residents with the lowest incomes are given priority for the subsidized units; otherwise, there are no set income limits.
Non-smokers only.
Small pets are accepted.
We conduct criminal and eviction background checks.

Call to request an application and to be placed on the waiting list. Average wait time is up to 18 months for a studio; up to 7 years for a 1-bedroom.
Fees
Subsidized Units: 30% of net monthly income.
Studios: $565 per month.
One-bedrooms: $720 per month.
