Eligibility
Children must be under the age of three and must qualify for special services based on the results of a standardized developmental evaluation. Children with a 25% delay in one or more areas of development will qualify.

In addition, there is extensive collaboration among community resources that includes physicians, nurses, DDD, Spokane county, School Districts, ITN, etc. and Pre-school services.
