Eligibility

State Children's Health Insurance Program: Children through age 18 in families with incomes up to 317% of the Federal Poverty Level. Washington Apple Health Pregnancy: Pregnant people with incomes up to 215% of the Federal Poverty Level. Washington Apple Health: Adults with incomes up to 138% of the Federal Poverty Level. Qualified Health Plan: Families with incomes up to 400% of the Federal Poverty Level are eligible to receive tax credits.

8am to 5:30pm from Monday through Thursday and 8am to 5pm on Fridays
