Individualized for each patient. If homeless and need more support patients will be referred to inpatient. Clinic does not accept patients on methadone until they are on 30mg or less daily.

Provides suboxone in an outpatient treatment setting. Same-day induction is possible depending on prescriber availability. Otherwise, induction typically occurs 3-7 business days from initial phone contact. Individual and group counseling is offered and is optional to access MOUD services.
