Eligibility

Households at less than 135% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines or who participate in one of the following programs:
  • SNAP.
  • Medicaid.
  • SSI (Supplemental Security Income).
  • Federal Public Housing Assistance.
  • Veterans or Survivors Pension.
OR Households who reside on Tribal lands at less than 135% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines or who participate in one of the following programs:
  • Any of the federal assistance programs listed above.
  • Bureau of Indian Affairs General Assistance.
  • Tribal TANF (Temporary Assistance for Needy Families).
  • Food Distribution Program on Indian Reservations.
OR Survivors of domestic violence, human trafficking, and related crimes
  • Household income less 200% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines.
  • Currently enrolled in Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants, and Children (WIC).
  • Currently enrolled in Free and Reduced-Price School Lunch or School Breakfast Program, including enrollment at a Community Eligibility Provision (CEP) school or school district.
  • Received a Federal Pell Grant in the current award year.
