Accepts applications throughout the year from residents in the Greater Wenatchee and East Wenatchee area who are between 40 and 60% Area Median Income.
Must be willing and able to provide 500 hours of sweat equity.

Habitat homes are sold to partner families with a 25- to 30-year mortgage that the homeowner is responsible for paying back in monthly installments.
