Eligibility
Children with a variety of developmental delays and disabilities including:
  • Cerebral palsy and other neurological disorders
  • Torticollis
  • Speech and language disorders
  • Brachial plexus injuries
  • Spina bifida
  • Down syndrome
  • Feeding disorders
  • Sensory processing difficulties
  • Autism
  • Dyspraxia
Hours
M-F, 8am-5pm.
Application process
Children are referred to CTC by a pediatrician, neurologist, family physician, public health nurse, school district or parent. Program has a waitlist.
Fees
WA Apple Health (Medicaid) and private insurance are accepted.

Center-based therapy program provides physical and occupational therapy and speech therapy.   In-home services may be arranged.   Services include individual therapy sessions to address specific developmental difficulties; parents are encouraged to ask questions, express concerns, and share hopes with center staff and other parents. Physical, Occupational, Speech-Language therapy and associated programs for children birth to 18 include:
