The bill must be 1 day late and and The Salvation Army can help pay up to $600 on a bill, once a year. Provides assistance to customer of the Thurston County PUD (Public Utilities District). Puget Sound Energy Assistance Helping PSE customers who have a final notice or are already disconnected. Warm Home Fund - Winter program that helps PSE customers during the winter. Details: Up to $600 per household per year - The bill needs to be one day late. Please call for assistance.
