Provides assessment and referral to vocational skills-training classes for refugees and immigrants to build job skills and increase earning potential. The program includes testing to evaluate strengths and interests, connection to appropriate training opportunities, tuition and books support for income-eligible participants, and job referral and placement assistance after training completion. Follow-up support is available to help participants transition into employment.
