Peninsula Friends of Animals works to prevent the birth of unwanted cats and dogs through progressive spay/neuter and educational programs. PFOA also works to place as many homeless, neglected, and abused animals as possible in safe, loving, permanent homes. PFOA is a cageless,no-kill, donor supported, non profit, animal welfare organization.
