For all residents of long-term care facilities regardless of income; relatives and friends of residents in long-term facilities; administrators and employees of long-term care facilities; and any group or individual concerned about the welfare of residents of long-term care facilities.

Provides advocacy for residents in long-term care facilities such as nursing homes, boarding homes, veteran's homes, and adult family homes.   Educates individuals and their significant others about their rights; intervenes on behalf of people who have a grievance against a a public or private service provider, or who believe their rights have been violated; and attempts to reach an equitable settlement without resorting to litigation.
