Since this program is a layered program, you must meet the HUD, income and eligibility requirements as well as the Washington State Housing Finance Commission (WSHFC) eligibility requirements. HUD requires that 75% leased must be 30%AMI, tax credit has set asides for, 30%, 40%, 60%.
