Eligibility
Since this program is a layered program, you must meet the HUD, income and eligibility requirements as well as the Washington State Housing Finance Commission (WSHFC) eligibility requirements. HUD requires that 75% leased must be 30%AMI, tax credit has set asides for, 30%, 40%, 60%.

Application process
Visit website at www.yakimahousing.org, to fill out an application. The local office provides a computer for those that don't have access to a computer. If assistance is needed to fill out the application, call 509.508.0176, to schedule an appointment.
