Services are paid for through a variety of sources: WA Apple Health (Medicaid), Area Agency of Aging funds, private pay, and insurance. If a person is not able to pay for the services she/he needs to remain independent in their own home, assistance will be provided to determine if a government program is available to help pay for some or all of the costs.

The Long-Term Care System provides assistance to the elderly and functionally disabled, 18 years and over, which allows the recipient to sustain independent living in a clean, safe, and healthful home environment. Services include household help, such as shopping, cooking, cleaning and laundry, personal care such as bathing, and dressing and help transferring from the bed. Care may be just a few hours a day or around the clock. Also assists elders in accessing and receiving social and health services through ongoing case management, support, and referrals. Catholic Community Services will conduct a free in-home assessment. The in-home assessment takes about two hours and covers a variety of topics, including safety, functionality, and referrals. A CCS professional who has experience in determining what services a person may need does the assessment. Family members are encouraged to attend.

CCS is a Health and Human Services Agency providing multiple services in Snohomish County: Chemical Dependency and Children's Mental Health; Layette Services; Housing Programs for literally and chronically homeless households once a referral through Coordinated Entry is received; Volunteer Services and opportunities including Volunteer Chore, Volunteer Transportation and RSVP; and Long Term Care for elders and people living with disability. Financial Assistance programs: City of Everett Water bills only. We do not have any Emergency Services such as rental assistance, hotel or gas vouchers or help with household bills.
