People with vision loss affecting their daily lives. Serve the following counties: Adams, Asotin, Chelan, Douglass, Ferry, Garfield, Grant, Kittitas, Lincoln, Okanogan, Pend Orielle, Spokane, Stevens, and Whitman.

Provides the training and adaptive equipment that enables blind and partially sighted individuals to live independently. Also sponsors numerous seminars and gatherings throughout the year.
